About the Reseller Portal

The Samsung Device Reseller Portal allows you to bulk upload devices on behalf of customers. There's no need for customers to manually upload devices or submit device information for verification purposes.
The Reseller Portal does not support these special characters (# / $ * % ^ & \ ( ) + ? { } [ ]). Ensure they are not utilized when inputting characters within the Reseller Portal.
Process overview
To upload devices to the Knox Reseller portal:
- Add a customer
- Upload devices.
- After the devices have finished uploading, View the Activity Log to resolve any errors that may have occurred.
- Customers are notified devices have been uploaded on their behalf. When customers log in to Knox Configure and/or Knox Mobile Enrollment, they will see the devices that you have just uploaded.
