View the Activity log
The Activity log lists the actions taken by you, and your admins, as well as the customer these actions support.
The following reseller activities are logged and can be filtered within the activity log:
- The Customer name impacted by the listed reseller portal event
- The numeric Customer ID impacted by the listed reseller portal event
- The calendar Date each listed event occurred
- The reseller Event describing whether a device has been uploaded into the portal or removed by Knox Configure etc.
- The name of the reseller or customer the listed event has been Performed by
- The Status of the listed reseller event. The following potential states within the Status column:
- OK - View details - Optionally select the View details link to review the number of devices impacted by the listed event and download a report
- Error
- In progress
- Completed
- Completed with Error
You can also Search for a specific activity, or use the drop-down menu in the upper-right hand corner to filter by day.
Additionally, you can select the Export to CSV button from the bottom, left-hand side, of the screen to archive the activity log in CSV file format.
