Request access to the Reseller Portal
To access the Samsung Knox Reseller Portal:
- From the Resellers drop-down menu, select Join the Knox Deployment Program.
- Select Apply Now to submit your Knox Deployment Program application. You will be notified by email once your application is approved.
- A screen displaying cautioning that once you have registered from the Knox Deployment Program (KDP) you are not able to register for Knox IT solutions such as Knox Configure (KC), Samsung SDS IAM & EMM, Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME), and Knox Manage. If satisfied with those conditions, select Continue.
- Enter your business Email address to Register for Samsung Knox web portal. Select Next to continue.
NOTE - Personal email accounts (such as Yahoo and Gmail) are not permitted when registering for Samsung Knox portal web account.
- Select Sign In if you already have an existing Samsung account, then proceed to step 7. If you do not have an existing account, select Create a Samsung Account, then proceed to step 6.
- If you need to create a Samsung account, complete the required fields, select Next. You will receive an Email verification link once your request is approved. Login to the new Samsung account to proceed.

- Once approved, you will be able to see the Knox Reseller Portal within the Samsung Knox Dashboard.
- Select Launch to launch the portal, or select Learn more for additional information about adding customer devices.
