Make sure the network environment is stable (firewall, proxy, gateway etc.), and resend the profile to the Samsung server.
The device ID (IMEI or serial number) is not registered in Knox Configure. Please note devices registered in the Samsung server must also be registered in Knox Configure before the device can be enrolled.
This error may also occur if the IMEI or serial number is removed from Knox Configure while the device is in the process of being enrolled.
